Chef Lily returns to show us how fats fit in our healthy diet. She will explain how to avoid artery-clogging trans fats and increase heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids in your diet. If you are looking to minimize the amount of meat in your diet or go completely meatless, learn about the top sources of plant based proteins and how to incorporate them in your diet.
